Sophie’s Adventures in the Dark
This spectacular 3D Audio title tells the story of Sophie, aged 12, who forgets her torch just before leaving for a camping trip with her older brother Josh.
Running back home to get the torch, Sophie spots something golden gleaming in a ditch beside the path, but when she tries to reach for it, the ground opens up beneath her and she falls down a hidden shaft in to the Lost Mines of Mythsareere, and an amazing world of mythical creatures and forgotten secrets.
With no light source to help her, Sophie finds herself at the mercy of all kinds of memorable characters as she undertakes her perilous quest to get back to the surface again, most notably Oddbod the pesky Goblin, Lord Worthington Smithe the friendly legless skeleton and Bob the Dwarf Keeper of Keys.
Sophie’s adventure takes her through strange and mysterious caverns and passages including the layer of the massive Vampire Bats, Lord Worthington Smithe’s Tomb, Blade Alley, hair-raising water shoots, across the Lagoon of Forgotten Dreams, behind the mystic waterfalls, along enchanting rivers and the treacherous Bridge of Death, all in stunning 3D sound with full 3D audio animation of characters, beasties and her surroundings.

Spectacular!
I just bought Sophie's Adventures for my daughter who's nearly 10 and she can't stop listening to it lol! She's sitting quieter than I've ever known her, headphones glued to her head, eyes shut, totally lost!
I listened to it as well and I have to say, the 3D stuff is really amazing! You have to listen hard at first, but it's kinda like retraining your ears to listen in a slightly different way. Once you get the hang of it, the sounds really do come from all around you, above, below, everywhere! Incredible!
